Nydia Kush is the Orange County Lead Recruiter for Big Brothers Big Sisters, a long-standing and reputable partner of the Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She is thrilled to represent such a meaningful organization in the community she has called home for many years, and is passionate about connecting mentors with youth to help build a stronger, more supported future generation.

Prior to her current role, Nydia built a successful career in both the insurance and real estate industries, and later launched and led a thriving catering business across Southern California. Throughout her career, she has been known for her integrity, strong work ethic, and dedication to serving others.

Nydia remains deeply involved in her community as a board member of the Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

She lives in South Orange County with her husband and their two beautiful children, and enjoys spending her free time being active outdoors with friends and family.
